You will receive a confirmation email on dispatch of your items with a tracking number (Click on Order Tracking at the bottom of the page).
Delivery charges Our standard postage and packaging charge is ??4.00 (UK Mainland) which will be added to your order as you proceed through the shopping basket. Orders valued at ??100 or over automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY*.

How will my parcel be sent?
Parcels weighing less than 2 kg will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Post and should arrive within three to five working days although may take longer.
Parcels weighing over 2 kg will be sent by our courier Initial City Link.
Priority delivery If you require your goods quickly you may choose our 5 Working Day service or Next Working Day service for a small extra charge. You must place your ordered before 1 p.m for next day delivery; orders received after 1 p.m will be sent on our Next Working Day service the following working day.
Priority parcels will be sent by our courier Initial City Link.
Next Day Delivery or 5 Day Delivery DOES NOT include Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays ??? your order will always be delivered on a working day (Monday to Friday). We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery.
If you have ordered personalised items at the same time as stock items. Orders which include personalised items will be dispatched as soon as all the personalised items are completed.
Personalised items may take up to 28 days for delivery as the goods are made to order. This applies even if you have chosen our Next Working Day or the 5 Working Day delivery service. Your completed order will be dispatched once they are ready, either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If you chose a prioity delivery service your completed order will be dispatched by your chosen method providing a quicker/trackable delivery.

Hints & Tips to help avoid delays All goods will require a signature. If you are usually out during the day please supply a work address or alternative delivery address; a neighbour or relatives address is fine, as long as they know to accept a parcel on your behalf.
You may add delivery notes as you complete the checkout process ??? for example ??? leave with neighbour at no. 2 etc.
If you miss a delivery and receive a card, please contact the Post Office/Depot without delay. Parcels may only be held for 7 days before returning to sender. This will cause delays and you may incur a re-delivery charge.
What happens if the goods I have ordered are out of stock? The majority of products are held in stock although we may occasionally experience short delays on supply of popular items. Occasionally, we may experience a delay or may not be able to supply an item you have ordered. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity to suggest an alternative or refund. We will not send you an alternative item unless previously agreed with you. We may dispatch part orders if we experience a lengthy delay.

| Returns
Our products are covered by a 14 day no quibble guarantee.
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging.
When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office. Please ensure you pack your returned parcel carefully. Items damaged in the post cannot be refunded.
Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty or not what you ordered.
Confectionery, engraved and/or personalised items & Jewellery may not be returned unless faulty. Faulty goods will be refunded/replaced; we willl not be held liable for any additional loses incurred as a result of the fault.
