Dispatch by Initial City LinkIf your parcel was dispatched by Initial City Link the tracking information will tell you exactly where the parcel is in the system. You will be able to see when the parcel was collected from us, any attempts at delivery, whether the parcel has been delivered/signed for.
If there has been an attempt at delivery you should have received a card with a number for the local depot. Contacting Initial City Link on this number will enable you to arrange for re-delivery or collection by you from the depot.
Please note - you can not ask Initial City Link to re-deliver to another addres, other than a direct neighbour once your parcel has been sent.
If you do not have the card, please phone Initial City Link direct on 08700 007007 quoting the consignment number or use the contact fields on the Initial City Link website.

If the website states that your parcel has been delivered, but you do not have it, please check with neighbours and in porches/out buildings etc. in case the parcel has been left there.
