Tracking your order
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will include a consignment number and link to either the Royal Mail website or Initial City Link website. Clicking on the link and keying in the consignment number into the tracking box will enable you to get up-to-date tracking information about your parcel.

Dispatch by Royal Mail
If your parcel was dispatched by Royal Mail you will see one of the following responses:
1. Your parcel is progressing through the system ??? there has been no attempt at delivery and the parcel should be delivered in a day or two. Try tracking your parcel again in a few days if you have still not received it.
2. There has been an attempt at delivery and the parcel is being held at your local sorting office ??? you should have received a card. If you do not have one, you may still collect the parcel using the consignment number and two types of I.D. You must collect the parcel within 7 days or it will be returned to us.
3. The order has been delivered ??? if you do not have the parcel, please check with your neighbours as they may have taken it in for you. It may be in an outbuilding/porch etc. so check there too.
4. The order is being returned to sender ??? there may have been a problem with the delivery address or you did not collect it from the sorting office within 7 days. Once the parcel is received by us we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. This may take a few days and you may incur a re-delivery charge.

Dispatch by Initial City Link
If your parcel was dispatched by Initial City Link the tracking information will tell you exactly where the parcel is in the system. You will be able to see when the parcel was collected from us, any attempts at delivery, whether the parcel has been delivered/signed for.

If there has been an attempt at delivery you should have received a card with a number for the local depot. Contacting Initial City Link on this number will enable you to arrange for re-delivery or collection by you from the depot.

Please note - you can not ask Initial City Link to re-deliver to another addres, other than a direct neighbour once your parcel has been sent.

If you do not have the card, please phone Initial City Link direct on 08700 007007 quoting the consignment number or use the contact fields on the Initial City Link website.

If the website states that your parcel has been delivered, but you do not have it, please check with neighbours and in porches/out buildings etc. in case the parcel has been left there.
