What is the delivery charge for my country?
The delivery charge is different for each country and is dependent on the weight of parcel. From the checkout page, select your delivery area and the carriage charge will be calculated for you automatically.
Special Note: Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Isle of Wight and BT postcodes
Parcels weighing up to 2 kg will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Post and will be subject to our normal UK post and packaging charges. Due to the higher carriage charges we incur when sending parcels to these areas, parcels weighing over 2 kg (up to 10 kg) will be subject to an additional charge. From the checkout page, select your delivery area and the carriage charge will be calculated for you automatically. We are sorry but we cannot offer a priority delivery service to these areas. Our free delivery offer does not apply to these destinations.
Republic of Ireland
The delivery charge to the Republic of Ireland is dependent on the weight of the parcel. From the checkout page, select your delivery area and the carriage charge will be calculated for you automatically. We are sorry but we cannot offer a priority delivery service to these areas. Our free delivery offer does not apply to these destinations. Delivery takes up to five days.
When will my parcel be delivered?
Your parcel will be despatched within 2-3 days or once all the personalised items (if ordered) are completed. Delivery will usually be by Royal Mail Signed Service For or Parcel Force International Service. The method of delivery will depend on the weight of the parcel. The time taken for your parcel to arrive varies from country to country. We will be happy to advise you once we know the details of your order.

Can I order anything from your shop?
There are a few items which we cannot export for safety reasons. This includes all sparklers and party poppers and matches. We are not able to export any item which contains compressed air or any item which contains a blade or knife. If you are not sure if this applies to an item you wish to order please contact us and we will be able to advise.
Can you engrave/print in my own language?
We can engrave or print in any language that you require. You must supply us with the translated text and it is your responsibility to ensure it is correct. We cannot use special characters or letters.
Will I have to pay VAT?
If you are outside of the EU we will not charge you VAT. However, you may be charged import duty when the parcel is delivered. We are unable to advise on importy duty rates. Countries within the EU are subject to UK VAT @ 17.5%. Our shop prices already include VAT. Customers in the Channel Islands will not be charged VAT.
