Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days (allow 28 days for personalised items). The majority of products are held in stock although we may occasionally experience short delays on supply of popular items. We will contact you to advise of any delay or to suggest an alternative. We reserve the right to despatch part orders in the event of delays on some items. A postage and packaging charge of ??4.00 (UK Mainland) will be added to your order. Your delivery will require a signature, please provide a delivery address where someone will be in during the day.
Methods of Payment
We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards. Your credit card will be debited on despatch of your order with the exception of personalised items which are debited at the time of order. We also accept payment by cheque/bank transfer.
Guarantee & Returns Policy
Our products are covered by a 14 day no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use recorded delivery. Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Confectionery, engraved and/or personalised items may not be returned unless faulty. Faulty goods will be refunded in full; we will not be held liable for any additional loses incurred as a result of the fault. Should you wish to cancel your order please inform us by email or fax as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been despatched. You may return goods not required for a full refund. Postage charges will not be refunded.
Claims for Loss or Damage
Claims for loss or damage to a parcel or its contents must be reported to us immediately by phone and in writing within 7 working days.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% (VAT No. GB 812 3267 56). Every effort is made to ensure prices and descriptions are correct, however, we reserve the right to change our prices and/or our product range without notice. You will be informed of any changes prior to despatch of your order.
Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions apply to our on-line wedding shop and wedding party gifts brochures. You order is accepted on the basis that you agree to our current terms and conditions. All sales/orders from our brochure/internet website will be governed according to English law.
